- Normatively, women have already been given the same position as men have on land right, land use, and land administration of matrimonial land right. Therefore, factually the bias may occur that may cause negative implication in marriage life. This study is aimed at finding out the profile of women involvement on land ownership, land use, and land administration of matrimonial land right and factors, which influence the access. Interviewing some respondents and other resource persons that had been chosen purposively did this study. To complete the primary data, observation and library study were also done. Data analysis was done qualitatively. The result shows that: 1) comparing to men, both peasant women and women who live in elite housing have the same profile of their involvement on land ownership, land use and land administration of matrimonial land right, in which women's involvement is still low
