- This research is aimed to find solutions upon three problems raised in relation to the formulation of Funds Organized as Collective Investment Contract based on Act Number 8 Year 1995 Concerning The Capital Market. Those problems are as follows 1.How is the form and the structure of the agreement of Funds Organized as Collective Investment Contract as regulated in the Act Number 8 Year 1995. 2.How is the legal status of the Participation Units' holders on Funds Organized as Collective Investment Contract. 3. How is the form of legal protection for the Participation Units' holders on Fund Organized as Collective Investment Contract. This research has been carried out by using legal normative approach and also covers research in legal principles, regulation and comparative law study. The focus is as on documentary study and involves 1.Primary legal materials, involving various statutes on Funds Organized as Collective Investment Contract and various agreements of Funds Organized as a Collective Investment Contract and supplemented by documents. 2.Secondary legal materials, involving various library data on Collective Investment Funds. To obtain additional information, Investment and Research Management Bureau of Bapepam has been asked as a resource person.
