- The aim of this study were to calculate the profit, to analyze factors that influenced the profit, to analyze financial feasibility, to know the pay back period of capital investment and to know the break even point of broiler farming in Palu. Seventy four farmer in Palu was selected as respondents. They had complete cashflow. The farmer was choosen randomly as samples in this research. The double regression method was used to analyze and to evaluate factors that influenced the profit. Financial analysis was conducted based on Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for duration of 10 period of raising. The period of capital investment was computed through the payback period method. The result showed that production scale, production volume, price of chicken and total cost significantly affected (Phe profit with the determination coefficient R2=0,997.
