- Abstract This research was conducted to evaluate nutrierit content, metabolizable energy, in vitro protein digestibility, protein solubility and molecular weight with amino acid content of leaf flour (LF) and leaf protein concentrate (LPC) of eceng gondok. These experiment were replicated three times, except protein molecule weight and amino acid content once only. Eighteen Turi Ducks divided into three treatment groups, namely LF, LPC and Control were used to determine metabolizable energy. All data were tested by T test, except protein molecule weight and amino acid content were with-descriptive. The results of T test showed that there were significant differences (P < 0.01) on nutrient content {(DM 89.29 %
