This research aims to understand the evaluation of ministry work plan and budget using the logic model approach in any unit of the Ministry of energy and Mineral resources of the Directorate General of oil and Gas.
Research methods and analysis tool used is models performance blueprint which is a model of logic (logic model) using four quadrants of Friedman's analysis approach to the logical relationship of conformity shows of performance indicators performance indicators with targets activities that support it.
In general can be explained that the results of analysis performance blueprint by using four quadrants analysis approach friedman explained that the work plan budget is not reached, although it has been optimally supported by the existence of policies related to performance indicators to achieve the vision of its mission but have yet to describe a logical relationship.
