- Background : The era of globalization is a consequence of rapid cultural shifts and constantly, making the traditional values of hard to adapt. Senior citizens who live in the present, as if required to be able to live in two worlds namely: cultural past that has shaped most aspects of personality and behavioral adaptations present demanding. Rajawali Citra's Hospital currently has a home care product intends to develop a unit with two new products, namely: one day care, and posthospital care. This study aimed to measure the feasibility of the development plan of the Elderly Nursing Home market demand, service programs, range management, financial and environmental impacts and socio-cultural level of preparedness in the community for new products Elderly Nursing Home. Methods: The study design was a Triangulation Mixed Methods Design held at the Hospital Rajawali Citra Bantul, sample 194 respondents spread across 17 districts in Bantul. Secondary data is processed with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of market demand forecasting using time series techniques. Primary data interviews with the Home Care Unit synchronized with the secondary data. Results: The results showed review of aspects of the market, technical, management, and environmental feasibility of investment and socio-cultural aspects of the establishment of houses of elderly care feasible. Conclusion: Judging from the aspect of the market, technical management, environmental, cultural and social analysis of the results of the feasibility of investing in the establishment of Elderly Nursing Home feasible.
