- An exploitation program has being held at Kulon Progo coast, Yogyakarta. The exploitation practice program will be present in the form of iron sand mining of PT Jogja Magasa Iron (JMI). The mining location were at Karangsewu, Bugel, Pleret, and also Garongan. I called those area with Empat Desa. As a regional unity that standing side by side from the east to the west and directly adjacent with Indonesia ocean. Every activity in those Empat Desa region were threatened by the mining presence program. Women is the main focus of my thesis, because of their vulnerable position and also their direct related with the iron sand mining program plan. Regarding the woman position as a peasant of the main subject in these thesis, I will come up with four women from each village and area at Kulon Progo. They were
