- This research is aimed to evaluate the process of business coaching program that be given to The New Entrepreneur of Bank Indonesia (WUBBI), to know the strategic value in order to increase WUBBI�s entrepreneurship. This research also aimed to understand the implication of business coaching to support regional economic resilience in DI. Yogyakarta. This research used qualitative method with collecting data through observation. Information excavate was did by depth interview and documentation. The first data analytic technique did by defined research variable which used, that were actor variable, program variable and result variable. Defined conceptual definition for research variable, defined operational definition, then serving data did by descriptive analytic, that was analyzing data by describe the available data and analyzed it to get general description. Data served by informal languages, in daily sentences and the words choice or original concepts from the respondent, quite detail without an interpretation and evaluation from the researcher. The strategic in business coaching program was 80% participants psychology handling and 20% business strategic. Evaluation result showed there were personal change to positive course for WUBBI participants and the labors whose absorbed. There was eighteen participants whose be active participants. Seventeen participants had revenue increasing, while one participants hadn�t revenue increasing. Business coaching program didn�t give maximal impact to the regional economic resilience of DI. Yogyakarta. It was because of the creative economic potential that improved by the WUBBI not enough to give thing needs and services supply in DI. Yogyakarta, also caused the total of labors whose absorbed were 209 labors, if it be compared by the total of unemployed n DI. Yogyakarta Province, this program was not give good impact to support regional economic resilience yet. This failure of raising the regional economic criteria was because of the short timing (6-8 months) of WUBBI to did their entrepreneurship after the process of business coaching program finish.
