  • Globalization with changes in the strategic environment of business, organizations are increasingly demanding competitive. Organizational culture is expected to improve the performance to create the necessary competitiveness, and communication is adhesive that allows members of the organization to perform its function well together. PJ. Klanceng which has survived for more than two decades and experiencing intense competition, is basic consideration of selection as the subject of this research. Shaped quantitative research with correlative research type, and survey research methods with one shot case study research design. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling, ie saturated sampling. The number of employees at PJ. Klanceng is 29, then the data collection was performed on all population members. Instruments that used in the questionnaires form, data that obtained from the answers in the questionnaire statements, quantified using a Likert scale. In the T test obtained t value significance 0.000 of organizational culture variable and organizational communication of 0.005. These results indicate that partialy organizational culture and communication variables, significantly influence the employee performance variable, because the t value significant <0.05. In the F test or ANOVA obtained F value significance the two independent variables of 0.000. These results indicate that simultaneously organizational culture and communication variables, significantly influence the employee performance variable, because the F value significant <0.05. The greater variable, organizational communication influence the employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.841, whereas the organizational culture only of 0.162.
