  • The aims of supply chain is to achieve global benefit that the supply chain pathners will achieve the best benefit propotionally. Interaction between the farmer and collector in the supply chain will make a gap that the collectorâs benefit is higher than the farmerâs. The aim of this research is to make a mathmatic model of interaction between the farmer and the collector to get the global benefit. Existing mathmatic model has cost factor that influences thing without considering perishable product. Mathmatic model of interaction between farmer and collector is made using game theory approach that involving cost, value changing of product toward time and model of interaction between farmer and collector. This model is included competitive and collaborative. Game theory is used to give description both of interaction which is done by the farmer and collector non cooperatively and cooperatively. It means that besides the farmer and the collector work themselves, this research also describes a cooperative game when the farmer and the collector work cooperatively to get benefit. They share the benefit based on the agreement theyâve made. Optimum global is reached when the farmer and the collector work collaboratively in the cooperative strategy. It is shown by the lower selling price of the collector in cooperative game namely Rp 3.183,- and global advantage in cooperative game is Rp 22.410.539,- while in non cooperative strategy, selling price is Rp 3.653,- and global advantage is Rp 21.532.551,-. In actual condition, selling price in harvest day is Rp 1.500,-
