- Several research in psychology technology reveals many negative impacts as a result of the use of technology such as an increase in the occurrence of internet addiction, social anxiety disorder, depression, cyberbullying that allegedly adolescents has decreased psychological well-being. In fact, in the era of information technology and communication technology (ICT) today, each individual is required to be able to use technology appropriately, so as to have a positive impact and reduce the negative impact. The ability of individuals in the use of technology appropriately and effectively is called the digital literacy. Therefore, this study will examine the role of digital literacy as mediator the relationship between extraversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience personality to psychological well-being in young technology users. This research is quantitative study, the number of subjects 200 adolescents aged between 17-24 years. This research uses measurement scale digital literacy, extraversion, neuroticism, openness to experience and Psychological Well-Being. The results show that digital literacy can improve psychological well-being (� =0.053) in adolescents with neuroticism, and not as mediation on the extraversion (� =-0.005) and openness to experience (� =-0.106) to achieve psychological well-being.
