- This study aims to determine the implementation guidance to PPAT by Yogyakarta City Land Office, to determine the implementation of the supervision of PPAT by the Land Office in Yogyakarta and determine the role of professional organizations in the guidance and supervision of PPAT when carrying out the duties and position. This research is a field that emphasizes the use of primary data obtained through interviews with the respondents in order to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of a rule / law / certain condition or review the unwritten legal norms. How to collect data in this study is to examine secondary data followed by a study of primary data in the field. Location of the research conducted at the Land Office City of Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta Special Region. Samples / research subjects in research is the Head of the Land Office KotaYogyakartam, Chairman of the Land Deed Official Yogyakarta and Lecturer at Gadjah Mada University Master of Notary, while the speaker is Lecturer in Land Law Faculty o f Law, University of Gadjah Mada, while the analysis of data used in this study is qualitative the descriptive method. Based on the research results and the discussion that has been done it can be concluded that the first, based on Government Regulation No. 37 Year 1998 on the Regulation of Land Deed Official Position, the minister implement guidance and supervision of the implementation of the tasks PPAT. Head of National Land Agency Regulation No. 1 of 2006 determines that the guidance and supervision of the implementation of the tasks performed by the Head of the PPAT, Head of Regional Office and the Head of the Land Office. Second, implementation of surveillance of PPAT by the Land Office of Yogyakarta city is to implement direct examination at the time of the inauguration of spaciousness and PPAT, while the form of supervision is done by checking the reports associated with the deed executed and make Reportorium books / book list PPAT deed. Third, Implementation guidance to PPAT by the Land Office in Yo gyakarta is helping deliver and explain the policy and regulations on land as well as the technical implementation of the task instructions PPAT. Fourth, the role of professional organizations to develop and supervise the PPAT in carrying out his duties is the responsibility of professional organizations forms PPAT morally with regard to ethics or behavior PPAT itself, both inside and outside the office.
