- University�s executive require rapid and accurate information for decision-making process. Executive information system is the best way to present the needed information. In real, those information usually come from each unit as separately info. To overcome this problem, data collection and integration are very important things to do. The data warehouse can be support and assist executive information system. In this research, we design and implement data warehouse at UGM in the domain human resources. We design UGM human resources data warehouse to fulfill several needs, for example accreditation process, the university operational plans, and annual reports. We design and implement the data warehouse using Pentaho, as it is a popular tool of open source and multi platform Business Intelligence. In this research, we use Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Schema Workbench. We also analyze the process using Saiku Analytics. The testing process contains functional testing and data validation. The first test results showed 25 indicators or 89% can be supported by data warehousing, while validation test showed a slightly difference between data warehouse�s number and manual query�s result. For example, the distribution of the number of lecturers unit of work, with a validity rate of 45%. This happens because some null data are existed.
