Daftar Isi:
- The landslide occurrence in the Kokap Sub-District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Spatial Province, Indonesia, is one of the natural hazardous phenomena that impacted the humans life on this area. There are many mountains, which have different slope angle considered to be a susceptibility of landslide occurrence due to the conditions of slope angle fail. Moreover, there are significant numbers of landslide which are found in this area and the landslide has provoked several considered as disasters to the habitants living in the region. In response to the above issue, the assessment of landslide susceptibility is carried out. The main of objective this research is to assess the landslide susceptibility zone by applying logistic regression method. Field observation of in-situ landslide was conducted for sixty eight locations. Beside that, observation of morphology (slope), lithology, structural geology and groundwater are also conducted. The relationship of landslide occurrence with factors of slope, lithology, structural geology and groundwater is evaluated by logistic regression (LR). The result of LR evaluation had the values 0.984 of standard error, which is a good fit model. The model is used to calculate probability of landslide occurrence in research area. The result of landslide susceptibility map was reclassified into five categories of probability which are: extremely very low, low, moderate, high and very high landslide susceptibility with values of landslide probability 0% - 20%, 20% - 40%, 40% - 60%, 60% - 80%, and 80%-100%, respectively. After compared all parameters with the susceptibility map, it show that the slope parameter was very important influence than other parameters.
