  • This research have a goal to prove 2 hypothesis concerning the relation between variable which are: the relationship between transformational leadership (X) with job satisfaction (Y1) and the relationship between transformational leadership (X) with organizational commitment (Y2). For this hypothesis testing the significance level is α â�¤ 0,05. Ho which stated no relationship will be rejected if α â�¤ 0,05. The finding of this research showed there is a relationship between X (transformational leadership) and Y1 (job satisfaction) with r = 0,368 to α = 0,000 and r2 = 0,136. So H1 accepted with moderate relationship level 13,6%. While the relationship of X (transformational leadership) and Y2 (organizational commitment) with r = 0,393 to α = 0,000 and r2 = 0,154. So H2 is accepted with moderate relationship and the influence transformational leadership (X) with organizational commitment 15,4%. Last, regression technique used to get equity model which woul predicted the relationship among the variables. From the data managing, we get these kind of equation: Y1= 47,628 + 0,229 X for equation between Y1 and X Y2= 62,281 + 0,310 X for equation between Y2 and X.
