  • The objective of this research is to identify the correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Organization Citizenship Behavior to administrative staff in Tadulako University. The independent variable in this research is Emotional Intelligence. The dependent variable is organization citizenship behavior. Hypothesis in this research is a positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and organization citizenship behavior. This research was done in Tadulako University Palu. The instrument used in this research were scale Emotional Intelligence and organization citizenship behavior. This is an survey research involving 50 subyek who have been selected using simple random sampling technique. The data was analyzed using product Moment by Karl Pearson. It identifies that hypothesis in this research is proven. The are significant correlation between Emotional Intelligence and organization citizenship behavior r=0,610 (p = 0,000
