- PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk is a company engaged in the field of leisure and property company that has a vision to become the largest and most reputable property developer with integrated tourism estate in Southeast Asia. The company realized that to reach the regional market leader and won the competition more intense, it takes the right strategy that is based on the foundations of a qualified. With the formation of the vision, mission, and core values of the company, is expected to execute a strategy that has made run in accordance with the expected direction and guidance from top management. But to execute that strategy needs to be a tool to introduce a strategy that has been set up to lower level employees. This thesis proposes the concept of the balanced scorecard to develop strategies that have been assigned to the strategy map. In the balanced scorecard defined strategic goals and measurements to be achieved by the development of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. The four perspectives of the balanced scorecard helps to balance financial objectives with customer perspectives, internal business process, and learning & growth. Hopefully, by the balanced scorecard, the company can continue to survive and achieve the vision aspired. However, its implementation must be accompanied by a responsible evaluation and discipline to fit the target.
