  • Government Procurement of goods / services is currently facing a major problem associated with, among others: that no open procurement markets (only small actors who have access to the procurement market, the dominance of social gathering until tender actors or group effort in procurement markets and premanisme ) Lack of management capacity procurement by government agencies in terms of organization and number of its personnel and competence, and Bad governance (not transparent and accountable, misuse of authority for the criminal acts of particular interest until corruption). Auction organizers and providers of goods / services is SPSE users who use the system to conduct the procurement process which was facilitated by LPSE in each government agency. Based on the above, the formulation of the research problem is whether there is influence between the quality of service with the User Satisfaction System. Having analyzed the obtained results are the effect of the quality of service to users of the electronic procurement. So that National Procurement Public Agency must have strategic to increase quality of services of LPSE.
