  • Adolescents as part of a growing population needs to be given serious attention. It is driven by the facts that in the development and adjustment period in the new environment, lots of teenager do not realize that they are doing risky and deviant behaviors. Emotional immaturity, way of thinking and acting is very influential on adolescent behavior in the adjustment period. Lack of information on reproductive health held by teenagers became one of the factors and obstacle that drive teenagers to reproductive health risk behavior, one of which is drug abuse. This research was aimed to analyze the relationship between access to reproductive health information to adolescent drug behavior according to sociodemographic characteristics, and identify more closely at the factors that influence adolescent drug behavior. This research was an analytical study using raw data from lndonesia Demographic and Health Survey in 2012. The respondents were young adults within age range 15-24 years old with single status. This was a descriptive study using a quantitative cross-sectional design that identified the relationship between independent variables and dependent at the same time at some point. Sociodemographic characteristics variables used as third variables, ie variables which were expected have links with the dependent variables. Testing techniques used were binary logistic regression through the hierarchical regression procedures which excluded variables that had p > 0.05 to get the final model of predictor variables among adolescent sociodemographic characteristics. The tendency of each predictor variable was seen from the Odds Ratio (OR) at a significance level of p â¤ 0.05. Research findings showed that there was relationship between access to reproductive health information with adolescent drug behavior, there was also relationship between sociodemographic characteristics of adolescents (age, sex, area of residence, education level) with adolescents drug behavior, as well as access to reproductive health information affected the adolescents drug behavior after controlled by sociodemographic characteristics variables, namely highest educational level and type of place of residence (p-value= 0.000
