  • Motile aeromonas septicaemia (MAS) is a bacterial disease caused by infection of A. hydrophila. O. niloticus is more resistant to A. hydrophila than other freshwater fishes. Condition of fish flesh without invisible disease sign, make infected Nile seems healthy. This research was conducted to compare blood profile of healthy and A. hydrophila infected Niles. Eighteen fishes were distributed into 3 groups: control (i. m injection of 0.1 mL of PBS)
