- This study aimed to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock returns of service company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in observations from 2008- 2013.The data used are secondary data and analytical methods used are linear regresi analysis with the help of statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS)to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. Sample in this study consisted of fifty five (55) service companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the observations of 2008 to 2013 with a purposive sampling as a sampling method. The results of this study are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, and Price Earnings Ratio have no effect on stock returns, while Return on Assets dan Total Assets Turnover have effect stock returns.
