- Borobudur temple is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Indonesia and all over the world. Borobudur Temple itself brings a lot of local visitor also foreign visitor. Although a lot of visitor came to this temple, PT TWCB still has to continuous developing of the facilities to attract more visitors. Service excellence is important to do because of the differences characters among visitor, it�s become significant point to do and service standard in Borobudur temple must be improve. The purpose from this research is to know what lately facilities that has been served by PT TWCB as the tools to improved service satisfaction for visitor, to know what kind of effort that already done by PT TWCB to improve the facilities next, and to know what kind of factors that influence visitors to come to Borobudur Temple so far. The research methods that use were by direct observation in the temple for 3 months, made some interview with employers, also with literature study. The conclusion from this observation is achievement level PT TWCB in growing service satisfaction for visitors is quite good, it proved by a lot of developing and innovation for a couple sectors that important for visitors.
