  • Antibiotic resistency nowadays has been a global issue leading to antibiotic drug discovery with new mechanism which one of it is by inhibiting microbial interaction known as Quorum Sensing Inhibition (QSi) especially natural product. Ant Plant Hydnophytum formicarum Jack. tuber ethanolic extract from Bintuni, West Papua, has been reported positive as anti-QS. The purpose of this research is to know the potency of water fraction from H. formicarum ethanolic extract against P.aeruginosa PAO1 pathogenicity which activity is influenced by QS. Ethanolic extract obtained from the previous research fractioned by liquid-liquid partition using n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and water. Anti-QS activity from water fraction is tested against P. aeruginosa by solid diffusion method in Cetrimide agar media with concentration 0,0625 mg/mL
