Daftar Isi:
- Product design is an important part of manufacturing process. Therefore, a software design was invented to help creating and developing a product more easily than manually design. For that this final project is aimed to study the making, redrawing, and assembling of 3D model from tangible form using features and tools within a software design. In this final project, author used software Creo Parametric 2.0 for redrawing and assembling the 3D models. The object that is used to redraw from a tangible form to 3D model is some parts of Suzuki Smash 110 XCD engine. Redrawing of the parts are done by measuring directly the parts using a vernier caliper and a ruler then those are created the 3D models. The parts have been made and then those will be done assembly process. The using of special features and tools on software Creo Parametric 2.0 facilitate within redrawing and assembling of 3D model of Suzuki Smash 110 XCD engine. In the redrawing proccess of the parts engine of a tangible form to a digital form (3D model) with measurements directly using a vernier caliper and ruler is too difficult so that it need adjustment in order to achieve proportionate form.
