- The Arrangement of retired dossiers are activities conducted the retired dossiers starts from araangement of retired dossiers and maintenance of retired records. This final report discusses the arrangement of retired dossier system is in PT. PLN (Persero)Area Yogyakarta. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, direct participation in the process of arrangement retired dossiers, as well as collecting theories of library materials. This method is used to obtain the data correctly and accurately. The conclusion of this final report, PT. PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta have not arrangements with a good retired dossier maintenance. In addition to it�s management, there are still obstacles faced as limited facilities, where processing and lack of archivists or human resources available in PT. PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta.
