  • The video game industry in Indonesia is currently experiencing an increase and began to show its passion as one of the large-scaled industry in Indonesia. Although considered as one of the biggest, at first in its development, not many actors in the industry from Indonesia participated in the production process of a video game. The Indonesian, is mostly just acting as a distributor, dealer, or a publisher who manages the entry of video game titiles from abroad to the Indonesian market. But in the last few years, the activity inside the industry began enlivened by Indonesian that acts as a video game producer. So many video game developer studios from Indonesia are emerging, but not many that enjoy success and continue to survive its business until today. Most Indonesian video game developer studio enters this industry independently, which is with limited resources. It is certainly interesting to see how the video game developer studios can run their activities in order to survive in the Indonesian video game industry. Agate Jogja is one of the small Indonesian video game developer studio, but continued to produce video game products and establish cooperation projects with other parties regularly. The purpose of this case study research is to see how the implementation of the management undertaken by Agate Jogja in their daily activities as well as media management particularly applied in the production of media content of video games.
