- Toll road is a public road as part of network road system and national road system. The function is as alternative way to solve traffic jam and shorten distance from one place to another. Toll road construction will affect region development and economic improvement. Quality control observation in Surabaya - Mojokerto toll road construction purpose is to get product appropriate with quality standards. So production process that keep product quality will get undamage and disability product. The method use monitoring and testing standards for each work item in Q-PASS form. Testing can be done in project or laboratory with quality control project division. The authors concluded that quality control in a project is very important, because it serves as a quality control and quality of work on the project. The project can be a success if efficient in terms of time, cost and has good quality.
