- The application of workiny system is very important for development of company. One of the biggest retail companies, PT Lotte Mart Wholesale Yogyakarta has a working system, it is called Siklus. Siklus is applied on the division of GMS (General Merchandise) to help staffs in arrangement of product in the store. Siklus has some steps which has to be done. Those steps are cleanliness, display (arrangement of goods), checking of expired date, arrow (direction of place of goods), numbering, stock of goods. All of those steps must be done in series, so it can build clean and comfortable area, and it attracts interest of customer to buy in PT Lotte Mart Wholesale Yogyakarta.
