  • Stairs is a construction that is designed to connect two vertical levels which have a distance from each other. Based on International Standards of The Handbook of Building Type, Data Architect Neufert New International Edition, there are some things that will determine the planning of stair design that gradient, density, speed of movement, balustrade and handrail, the proportion of the tread and rise as well as landing and stairs. Design and analysis methods that are not as commonly make stairs attractive Skyland City to be investigated and developed, namely between planning and implementation in a different field. After the redesign, there has been some reduction in the amount of reinforcement that can be said has been frugal with household reinforcement and capacity sufficient strength to withstand the moment.
