- Improvement plan is a design made by planning consultant on renovating a building with certain method. The project is located on Beringharjo Market, Yogyakarta, which is focused on building E, at the east end of this block. This study is purposed to identify damage, formulate improvement technique, create detail drawing, count engineering estimate, and compile work plan and terms improvement implementation. Stages on this plan is surveying location, identifying damage, data validation, formulating improvement technique, creating detail drawing, counting engineering estimate, and compiling the work plan and terms. Through this improvement plan, planning consultant fulfill his responsibility on delivering the consultant�s product to service provider and user. This product is including Detail Engineering Design (DED), Engineering Estimate (EE), and Work Plan and Terms (WPT).
