  • This graduating paper aims to discuss brief history of Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa. Moreover, the next goal is to determine the marketing strategy implemented by Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa (JTT) and customerâ��s opinion about marketing strategies according to their customers. The method used for getting some data which is relevant with the topic in this graduating paper, the writer did a field study and literature. For the field study, the writer interviewed the manager of Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa. In addition, the writer also asked some customers to fill out a questionnaire. From the questionnaire results, the writer analyzed customer opinions about marketing strategies that using by Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa Yogyakarta. In the literature, the writer read some books, brochures of Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa, and articles from the internet that is related to the object of research. In conclusion, Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa has various products and achievable price for middle to lower class. It has strategic place with complete facilities and promotion strategy which makes consumer interested the most is Words by mouth.
