- There is the reason the author chose the theme that was author adopted are due in less than 2 months implementing Internship Program in DPRD DIY, author often participate to join Pansus Annual Meeting when discussing a material event in the process of compiling a Raperda, so author interested to discuss more in around Pansus, from the phase of formation until the important role of involvement in discussing a Raperda. The aim implementation of Internship Program for author are to increase the knowledge all at once involved working experience in environmental DPRD DIY, therefore author can learn directly how sidelines Reign task that runs in DPRD DIY. While the benefits of the author is obtained from Internship Program implements are author know how important the role of the Parliament and Legislative Assembly Equipment and how performance has been achieved by the Member of the Parliament House DIY in carrying out its duties and functions. In DPRD DIY, Pansus usually formed to discuss a District Plan Rules or Local Legislative Consent discuss the nature of a decision of the Parliament related to a particular problem. Pansus formed in DPRD plenary meeting on motion after hearing the member Consultative Body consideration and ultimately set by the Legislative Assembly. There is the reason why DPRD DIY have an articulated to indicate Pansus to discussing Raperda is referring to the advantages of discussion over Pansus input that is assessed to be more diverse, therefore evaluated various viewpoints will be able to complete Raperda available.
