- The Jakarta Outer Ring Road, is part of Jakarta-West Java highway system, was planed to help reduce traffic from city and to swift transportation from Tanjung Priok harbor and Soekarno � Hatta International Airport. The project is almost finished to 2 years and planned finish on mei 2014, 3 month faster from the schedule on August 2014. The consequence of acceleration time schedule influence work and commutation and materials addition. The work commutation from retaining wall segmental to turap wall acceleration time to 6 weeks. Material addition from red soil to limestone acceleration time to 16 weeks. The different of quality works affected by ratio total cost and contract value diverge.
