- The industrial demand of teak wood for furniture and handicraft have to be balanced with the availability of teak wood raw materials. Perum Perhutani, as the primary supplier of the teak wood, is still unable to meet the industrial demand because of lower stands productivity. Perhutani attempt to overcome this problem by introducing genetically superior variety, known as jati plus perhutani (JPP). JPP is expected to has a higher productivity and an excellent wood quality than conventional stands. JPP stands establishment is related to long period investment , so that the evaluation of cost and revenue through financial analysis are exactly needed to discover the profit rate of JPP stands establishment. This study was aimed to estimate amount and structure of cost and income of JPP stands establishment and evaluate its financial feasibility. This study was conducted by following stages
