- Girder bridge system is a structure of bridge where the main component consisted by prestressing concrete girder. The length of prestressing concrete usually have a length over than 20 m till 40 m. Example of girder bridge that usually we see is river bridge. Girder at Kaki Seribu Bridge Project Tol JORR W2N use prestressing girder as top structure with length is 20 m and 40 m. This long girder use prestressing concrete girder type segmental PCI girder with post-tension prestressing method. Quality concrete use class A K-500 with f�c is 41,5 mpa. And method of erection with 2 cranes. The results show that girder 20 m and 40 m have difference and equation at every step implementation of production and erection at field. Quantity and type of reinforcement, quantity of duck, value of jacking force of shorter girder is smaller than longer girder, while the compressive strength, implementation of stressing dan method of erection of girder is same between 20 m and 40 m.
