- Tourism is one of the major commodities as Indonesia's largest foreign exchange earner. Travelers as a major foreign exchange earner in the tourism industry into a strong actor in the development of an area. So many foreign tourists who come to Indonesia. Reflecting these conditions, there needs to be standardization of tourism in order to support the quality of all aspects of a tourist attraction in both the management and technical management in the form of services directly to travelers. Bogor Botanical Gardens as one of the attractions in the famous Indonesian overseas now have a certificate that includes the standardization of services in the field of tourism. Therefore, the authors wanted to know how to standardize quality of service Bogor Botanical Gardens as a tourist attraction International level. Another purpose of this paper is the service procedure employed by the Garden and service improvement efforts Bogor Botanical Gardens. In this paper, the author uses the method of qualitative data obtained based on the results of observations, interviews, participatory, and review of the literature to corroborate the results of research in the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Standardization of service quality is a management system that became the basis for the foundation as a reference in the implementation of the service activities according to existing procedures so that quality of service provided. In the implementation of service quality standards Bogor Botanical Gardens and procedures, the Garden has several obstacles, including the quantity of human resources and factors of natural circumstances.
