- Competition between companies will be more competitive. This makes the PT Madubaru should formulate and implement a strategy that is really needed by the company appropriately. Balanced Scorecard can be used as a tool to formulate a strategy that is really appropriate for the company. BSC suggest a causal relationship between strategic objectives that will be made bay the company. Strategy maps can be used to help members of the organization to understand strategy that will be implemented by the company. This research aims to design a strategy map for PT Madubaru based on BSC. Strategy maps that generated from this study are based on alayzes of vision, mission, goals, and strategies PT Madubaru. The result of this analysis will produce strategic objectives that will make the strategy map for PT Madubaru. The causal relationship between strategic objectives have been described by the researcher to help PT Madubaru understand it.
