- Horticultural crops is one of the products of agriculture which today tend to become the main export and constant demand along with the economic development of the community. But the condition was not always in the condition can be controlled. There are times when exporters are still difficult to fulfill the demand of importers. One possible cause is an imbalance between supply and demand in a supply chain system that occurs. Conditions that often become obstacles that need to be resolved in the supply chain system to Singapore vegetables and fruits. The condition also causes a decreased supply chain performance. One effort to improve performance in order to keep the supply chain in order to remain in the best condition is to conduct the inventory control system of each offender. Perpetrator is composed of farmers, farmer groups, farmer groups, exporters, importers and local markets. Baseline process begins with identifying the basic system of export supply chain of fruits and vegetables to Singapore. The next step is modeling the supply chain systems using a software dynamic system (Powersim Studio 9) along with verification and validation. The final stage of the process is to simulate the real behavior of the model is based on a model of the supply of horticultural commodities consisting of radish, large green chili, red chili big, baby green beans, chickpeas super, baby potatoes, medium potato, potato XL and melon exported by the exporter PT. Bumi Sari Lestari to importers Singapore. After that then conducted to develop a model based on the level of commodity supply and export levels of each commodity. The result of this study was to obtain two scenarios of supply chain performance improvement under various conditions. The scenario was a scenario existing conditions, the condition of alternative scenario 1, and the condition of alternative scenario 2, conditions the influence of the percentage change in the level of commodity 20% damage to existing conditions, 10% to alternative scenario 1, and 30% to alternative scenario 2. The result of simulation indicate inventory level of scenario 1 achieve subjection mean 661,9 kg per day and scenario 2 achieve subjection mean 112,34 kg per day.
