  • This research aims to identify the effect of Gross Domestic Produsct (GDP), inflation, budget deficit, institution quality to Foreign Direct Investment inflow during 1996-2012 in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Model estimated with Pooled Least Square method. Estimation results show that FDI inflow effected by GDP, budget deficit, and institutional quality. These variables have correlation positive and significant. Moreover, the inflation doesnâ��t affect FDI inflow. Thus, increasing of GDP, budget deficit, and institutional quality cause the FDI inflow to increased. This research also examines the economic crisis factor that happened in 1997. It gave brief that economic crisis factor doesnâ��t affect FDI inflow in those countries. Keyword: GDP, inflation, budget deficit, institutional quality, FDI, Pooled Least Square
