- Application of legal protection for women workers is very important because companies in Indonesia are mostly female workers, for the workers ensuring the application of the law there must be protection of women workers Job Training program aims to bridge the 3 Law Diploma graduates to be ready to enter the real working world. Job Training Diploma courses conducted by students in both the company's 3 Laws as well as in private institutions and government agencies. Job Training is a real and direct participation of students in professional work activities in an institution or institutions that host them legal, within certain time limits as specified in 3 Diploma Programme curriculum Vocational School UGM Implementation of legal protection for women workers who were in the PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment should be kept because of the 90% majority of the employees are women workers. So for that one effort that can be taken to create employment and tranquility sought employment is the legal protection of women workers in related companies.
