- BPPM Balairung UGM is a Student Activities unit Special areas engaged in university-level journalism. The work done by this organization is Majalah Balairung, Balairungpress, Balkon, and Jurnal Balairung publishing. In addition, BPPM Balairung also has a Hasbi Lallo Library in which there are documents from the Student Press since 1980. Sales of these documents entrusted only to a few bookstores in Yogyakarta. When entrusted to the bookstore, the document can be sold only in printed form, while BPPM Balairung also wants to sell the documents to the pdf version. In addition, there are requirements that must be met and the taxes to be paid to the bookstore. As an alternative of those issues, need to build a system that is able to handle the online sales process to sell the products of BPPM Balairung and documents from the Hasbi Lallo Library. This system will be able to sell the document in printed or pdf version. In addition, this system can also handle document management processes, customer management processes, and reporting transactions. Balairung Store Information Systems is built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The expected output of this research is to sell products of BPPM Balairung and also documents from the Hasbi Lallo Library.
