- Today technology is growing up, so a lot of equipment or machinery that was created to facilitate the work of those who have plenty to do, including device to feeding and watering the pets automatically especially for a cat, because cat is the one of pet which the most owned by people. Problems will came while the owner of the pets left their pet because of their activities and they have no time to serve food and water to their pet. The owner don�t have to worry even they are in busy, because the pets still get their food and water only with set the schedules for morning, afternoon and evening so this device will serve the food and water for their pet. Development electronics is rapidly increasing and emerging technology requires us to continue to develop new ideas in how the equipmen / device is simple and very practical system that can support the work of a equipment or production process. System that will be developed here, use the digital circuits.
