- The company limited identification is an implementation of limited liability company monitoring and identifying activity in Indonesian. The Indonesian companies activity was monitored and identified by employees of industrial relations section which having authority, competence and idependence to ensure the implementation. This indrutrial relations section has authority to identify the entry fies from the limited liability the companies in order to determine its completens-so the author can learn from it. The company limited identification in industrial relations section of Yogyakarta ministry of manpower and transmigration is very important for the limited liability company stand up and ongoing.
