Daftar Isi:
- Integral bridge system consists of full integral and semi integral. Integral bridges with spans of less than 20 meters using the most optimum type of reinforced concrete with integral full system, while if more than 20 meters is preferred to use the type of prestressed with semi integral system. Integral bridge is a bridge that spans made continuous for a certain amount, made without existence of movement between spans. Integral bridge is intended to avoid the problems of maintenance is very expensive due to the presence of water and dust penetration through the joint movement, can made safe for road users, and simple applicative method. The purpose is to shorten the length of the girder and facilitate manuvering of heavy equipment during construction. One segment of the integral bridge consists of ten spans with the expansion joint. Substructure consists of columns that sustained by a bore pile structure with diameter is 80cm. Then superstructure starting from the pile head, between the pile head connected with 9,20 m long precast beams that support the above mortar pad, and in this structure there is also a slab that designed to distribute loads along the span of the bridge.
