- Land is an important resource in supporting basic human needs. An increasing number of the use of land and land can not be increased due to space limitations that can cause problems to the ground. Demand of the land increasing. Transaction of the land also increasing. Distribution of the land transaction can be illustrated in land market. The land market may indicate that the region has a high number of transactions. From the land market can be analyzed direction and rate of growth Sragen region . This study aims to analysis land market in the Sragen District for identification the growth area of Sragen District. The data used in this research is a land transaction data in 2012 and 2013. Data corrected based on sources of data and time . Then the data presented in tables , graphs , and maps to describe the land market is formed in a region. The analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis . The analysis was performed based on the facts that there are facts obtained from the distribution of land transactions depicted in the map of the land market . Analysis was carried out with reference to the Regional Spatial Plan Sragen District from 2011 until 2031 Land market can be identification from land transaction data. Land market is illustrated by the number of transactions , land area , and whether there are buildings , land prices when the transaction , and the NJOP indicates that many transactions occur in strategic areas through which access to primary arterial roads and collector roads . This suggests that external factors such as accessibility and urban infrastructure plays an important role in determining the direction of growth Sragen district . The results of this study indicate that growth in the region Sragen approaching the city center.
