- Final project which title �Management of Photograph Archives In Badan Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah DKI Jakarta was result of collecting data from result of fieldwork practice where held at Development of Collection Sector. The purpose of fieldwork practice was to know condition of photograph archives and how the process of management of photograph archives where held in Badan Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah DKI Jakarta. The scope of problem is about storage, human resources and retrieval the archieves. The method in the research was interview, observation and literature review. The purpose of interview was to complete data in order to get more information from the speakers who corresponding in their field. In the fieldwork practice, the writer could direct observation about storage of photograph archives so that it made valid and concrete data link to each other overall about management of photograph archives from creation to dimunution. After collect data, the writer can took the conclusion that management of photograph archives in Badan Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah DKI Jakarta has not maximal yet and only some photograph archives which had been treated. The limited of human resources and facilities so that effect the management of photograph archives had not compatible with archieval studies listed in Archieves Law 2009.
