- On the Criminal Judge Laws Book, there are some kinds blackout criminal action, one of them is blackout with weighing down because job relation. With job position that owned, the subject in doing his job can do a violation, blackout. The subject becomes easy to do blackout criminal because there is an opportunity. In investigate and judge a case, there are many things that become judge consideration in judging the case in order to produce fair case law for the subject, victim, or public. Therefor, the writer wants to know judges base consideration in judging the case and criminal punishment that given by the judges to the law judicial procedure that apply. The objective of field-job practice is to give real experience for student as provision to be candidate of professional lawyer. With field-job practice activity, the writer gets knowledge of criminal and civil law judicial. In the case with verdict number 18/Pid.B/2014/PN.Btl about blackout criminal action with weighing down because job relation, the judges give law punishment four-month imprisonment. In giving verdict, the judges consideration is base on juridical, philosophy, sociological, and other things that make heavy and light for the defendant like he is not residivis and work for his family. Base on the amount of the money that has been blackout is also become judges consideration in giving imprisonment punishment period for the defendant.
