- District Attorney of Sleman was selected the writer as the place for doing observation because he was able to know all of duties and authorities of the Attorney. He also would like to be close and more understood the prosecution process in this country. Attorney was an axis which linked the cases finding by the police investigators up to give judgment. From kinds of case which entered to the District Attorney of Sleman, the writer was more interested in one of cases is that the crime of narcotics. One case that seemed so scary, since the time of investigation would certainly deal with the narcotics mafia which used the big guys in the Government as a protector of illegitimate business. Terror as well as a wide range of nuisance would have been confiscated by the investigator so as not to continue the case.
