- Kabupaten Jepara has the advantage on carving furniture industry spread across several regions in Jepara. One of the villages carved furniture products available in Kelurahan Tahunan Kecamatan Tahunan. Many demands to make furniture engraving cause a change of land use in this area is to be used to make industrial land carved wooden furniture and a central marketing. Land in this area is much sought after as marketing center carved wood furniture, so a lot of buying and selling and lease of land in this area. Due the many demands from investors to own parcels of land in this area resulted in the price of land this area is high, so necessary to reference the value of land parcels in this area. This study analyzes the changes in the value of land in the Kelurahan Tahunan Kecamatan Tahunan. The study entitled \"Development of Land Value Model as a Basis of Land Value Mapping� is required as a basis to map land value on Kelurahan Tahunan as a reference the society in sale and purchase transactions as well as knowing the variables that influence the land area. The data used on this research was data of land transaction between 2007 and 2013 that had been transacted as many as 130 transaction data. This data was corrected by adjustment the source of the data obtained and the adjustment time transaction data with current time. The results of these corrections were used to form a model of the value of land. Development of valuation models used multiple linear regression analysis with the variables that affected the value of the land those were the class path, distance main road, land area, land use, and distance of the city center. Evaluation models had evaluated using the test of determination (R 2 ) and t test, and the results of the eva luation model were tested with test Coefissient of Variation (COV). The entire calculations were processed using Microsoft Excel 2007 software. Models that were produced further applied to the entire field of land to make the land value map. The new land value data that was obtained then compared with the previous land value data to find out change in value. The results of this modeling have the ability to explain the value of land as large as 65.2 %. The model that has been produced is NTE = -484958.1107 + 80481.74214 24954.362 KJ + OT + 72.41358424 JPK. From the classification of the land acquired land value map that consists of 26 classes of land that has been divided into 10 groups of land classes. Analysis of recovered land valuation increases the value of land from the land a long time. The total areas of these increases are 5125 parcels of land. Rising land flat - flat across the field that is as large as 74.9 % for 2 years.
