  • It has created automatic system of watering and fertilizing using RTC (Real Time Clock) and Soil Moisture Sensor based on Arduino UNO which is designed to facilitate someoneâ��s performance to water and fertilize to plants. Nowadays, many people are watering by using long elastic pipe and must thinking about the right time to fertilize. This is to help people to water plants and fertilize periodically. The automatic system of watering and fertilizing is using Arduino UNO, using Soil Moisture Sensor to measure the level of soil moisture on plant pots, RTC (Real Time Clock) to organize the time of watering liquid fertilizer periodically in the weekly timeframe, series circuit of relay to turn on and turn off the pump, and the function of LCD 16x2 is to show the score of Soil Moisture Sensor and RTC (Real Time Clock). After testing the whole system can water the plants in the pots. Pump number 1 is organized by using Soil Moisture Sensor and pump number 2 is organized by using RTC (Real Time Clock). When the score of ADC is above 420, pump number 1 will water the plants that piped into the pot. And when the score of ADC is under 420, pump number 1 will stop watering the plants. Then pump number 2 that is organized to water liquid fertilizer once a week by using RTC to plants.
